Here are two photos which show the way to make nice and simple but good looking tie down points on a self made modern carrier deck. I made my own tool from an old Xacto knife which is made from alluminum and milled with a cutting-off wheel five narrow channels. With such a tool and with a hammer you can punch the tie down points wherever you want in a plastic or other plate.
I hope this way will help some guys to make their own carrier decks
without any other etched parts which are not cheap and difficult to work
with.
